Lend a Hand Scheme
Run in conjunction with the Red Cross, the Lend a Hand scheme is for people living in the civil parishes of Ireby/Uldale, Boltons, Westward, Caldbeck, Sebergham, Castle Sowerby and Mungrisdale.

Lunch Clubs
The opportunity for older people to get out and meet up with friends and neighbours over lunch has been taken up by many in the Northern Fells Area.

Northern Fells Group Minibus
The Northern Fells Minibus is for anyone of any age who does not have their own transport, has limited access to shared transport, cannot drive their own cars temporarily, or needs disabled access.

Tai Chi
In January 2003 a Tai Chi class, with teacher Lesley Relph, started at Caldbeck Cricket Club, meeting from 1.30 until 2.30 and followed by tea and biscuits provided by Lend a Hand Group volunteers.
